Before LucyIQ, we built knowledge-management and leasing software, along with industry-specific CRM systems, for a range of business clients — some of them franchises. Over time we came to specialise in one problem in particular: making everything an organisation knows instantly answerable.
That work included building a knowledge and legal-information system for one of New Zealand’s largest organisations, where getting the right answer out of a mountain of documents isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s mission-critical.
Our co-founder sat on the global IT leadership team of New Zealand’s largest company, specialising in licensing, legal and procurement. That’s where the standards behind LucyIQ come from: accuracy, privacy, and knowing that a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer at all.
